Splendid masseria for sale with approved project in Otranto – REF: 117RTB25

Just minutes from the crystal-clear waters of Otranto, in the peaceful area of Cormuni within rural Salento, time seems to stand still, highlighting the beauty of natural stone and the rustle of the wind across the fields.

Nestled in the quiet countryside of Otranto, on 5 hectares of land featuring olive trees and dry-stone walls, Temiño Premium Properties offers for sale a masseria of approximately 170 gross sqm with an approved project ready for renovation.

The restoration design highlights traditional architectural details: the main entrance opens into an open-plan space with a living room, dining area, and open kitchen, all set under traditional Salento star vaults. A bathroom serves the living area, while the first bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and matching vaulted ceilings. Positioned for privacy, a second bright bedroom showcases a barrel vault, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom.

Outside, walled boundaries ensure privacy around a citrus grove, a shaded pergola, and a built-in lounge area designed for hot summer months.

Technical infrastructure includes an artesian well, existing electricity connection, and a radiator heating system.

This property offers an opportunity to create a custom home in rural Salento. Contact us to schedule a visit.
